Riquewihr is the most visited city in Alsace, France. Situated along the wine route, south of Strasbourg, the colourful city is magic, full of medieval half-timbered buildings in every imagined combination of colour.
About Gary Karlsen
Gary Karlsen is a writer and amateur photographer. His rich and varied travels have included sailing the oceans of world on deep-sea freighters, circumnavigating North America by thumb, riding the rails across Canada, flying single engine airplanes into mountain lakes, traveling half the globe as a merchant mariner, and speaking at international conferences as an educator.
