Artist's Description

The other half of the web included the spider and because I am somewhat of an arachnophobe, I edited it out. The ingenuity of the spider I do recognize and respect immensely as a marvel and a force of nature. I decided on making several adjustments to the photograph in post, hence my bending of realty.

The engineering and design capabilities of spiders are nothing less than marvellous. Much to study here if you want to get up close with arachnids.
