The Saturday outdoor market in Lyon is one of the best in France. This is no surprise given that Lyon is considered the gourmet capital of France. The pastries in the photo are only a few among the many that are available year 'round. The bakery that supplies these works of art is called, Seve. The names of the parties from left to right are: Gloss, Tamaro and Sinjita. I you want to know what is in these treats you'll have to contact me. Better still, buy a product and I'll forward the names of the fillings.
