Artist's Description
This auto mechanicss sign in Sospel (France) really caught my eye. It represents what I call, old-school signs.
Sospel, dating back to around the 5th Century, is a small city very close to the Italian border in in the French Alps. Sospel is about a half hour drive north from the Mediterranean city of Menton. The roads leading in and out of Sospel are amazing mountain roads with enough hairpin turns to challenge even the most experienced rally drivers. (I'd love to drive these roads with a Porsche 356 like the one in the photo.
